Power Crew PHX LLC – Service Agreement (Full Terms & Conditions)

By accepting a quote, scheduling service, signing electronically or in person, or allowing work to begin, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions in full:

Scope of Services
Power Crew PHX LLC provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to, pressure washing, soft washing, window and solar panel cleaning, paver sealing, graffiti removal, deck and patio cleaning, and outdoor furniture washing. Service methods, equipment, and solutions are determined at the Provider’s discretion for optimal safety and results. Any additional services requested beyond the original scope will require verbal or written change order approval.

Access, Utilities & On-Site Conditions
Client agrees to provide clear, unrestricted, and safe access to all service areas. Provider may use on-site water and power sources. Client is responsible for unlocking gates, turning on water spigots, disarming alarms, and removing pets, people, or valuables from work zones. Provider shall not be liable for delays or damages resulting from lack of access, low water pressure, or utility interruptions.

Service Conditions & Risk Disclosure
Pressure and soft washing carry inherent risks. Client acknowledges that:

  • Surfaces may react differently based on age, material, and condition
  • Certain stains (rust, oil, calcium, battery acid, mildew) may not fully lift
  • Old paint, oxidized siding, thin grout, and aging sealants may chip, fade, or deteriorate during service
  • Water may enter poorly sealed windows, doors, or electrical areas

Client assumes these risks unless otherwise disclosed and documented. No warranties are made for complete stain removal or long-term cleanliness.

Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction
Client (or designated contact) will have the opportunity to inspect work upon completion. If no walkthrough is conducted, Provider will document the work via photos. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours. Otherwise, the job is considered complete and satisfactory.


Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted forms of payment include cash, card, electronic transfer, or check. If paying by check and it is returned for any reason, a $35 fee will be charged.

Late payments beyond 7 days incur a $25 or 5% penalty (whichever is greater) per billing cycle. Invoices over 30 days may be sent to collections. Under Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-992.01, Power Crew PHX LLC reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien for unpaid services.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Client must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a $100 fee or forfeiture of deposit.

Provider reserves the right to cancel or delay service due to weather (wind, rain, excessive heat, or monsoons), safety hazards, or equipment malfunction.

Change Orders & Add-Ons
Any client request outside the original scope (additional surfaces, square footage, stain removal, etc.) must be approved verbally or in writing. Provider will issue a revised quote when needed, and all approved add-ons will be billed accordingly.

Surface Waiver & Delicate Areas
Client agrees that fragile surfaces such as oxidized siding, deteriorated stucco, old paint, and degraded grout may be affected by cleaning. Provider will take reasonable precautions, but is not liable for damage to such surfaces. Any known risks must be disclosed in advance.

Use of Photos, Videos & Marketing Materials
Provider may document services through photos and videos before, during, and after work. These materials may be used for internal records, training, quality assurance, or marketing (including website, ads, and social media). Clients may opt out by requesting exclusion in writing prior to service.

Weather, Seasonal, & Arizona-Specific Conditions
Services may be postponed due to excessive heat, dust storms, or monsoon-related hazards. Roof work and elevated services may be limited seasonally. Rescheduling will be coordinated with Client when necessary.

Liability & Limitations
Provider is not liable for:

  • Loss of use, enjoyment, or aesthetic dissatisfaction
  • Property damage caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed risks
  • Consequential or indirect damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. Provider carries general liability insurance and a certificate of insurance is available upon request.

Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Power Crew PHX LLC, its employees, agents, subcontractors, and owners from any claims, damages, injuries, or losses arising from:

  • Failure to disclose site conditions or hazards
  • Non-compliance with access or safety requirements
  • Actions by pets, visitors, or third parties on the property

Subcontractors
Provider may delegate services to qualified subcontractors under its supervision. Subcontractors are required to adhere to the same service standards and safety protocols.

Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this agreement for any reason by providing written notice. Client agrees to pay for any work completed up to the date of termination, including time, labor, and material costs.

Chemical & Product Use
Client acknowledges that biodegradable and environmentally safe cleaning solutions may be used. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request. Provider selects products based on surface safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance.

Drone & Elevated Access
For hard-to-reach surfaces, Provider may use poles, ladders, or drones where permitted. Work will comply with FAA guidelines and safety protocols.

Digital & Electronic Acceptance
Client agrees that digital signatures, checkboxes, emailed or texted approvals, and Jobber quote confirmations constitute full acceptance of these terms and are legally binding.
